We are a research-based company, holistically devoted to promoting independent and objective research, monitoring, evaluation and learning, as a force for sustainable development. We pride ourselves on using global benchmark methodologies, tools and techniques.  We use these to uncover facts, and produce evidence, for formulating and implementing strategies that inform policy development and implementation, improve development delivery, governance, civic relationships and boost commerce.
